I am very excited to guide an evening of painting with the fitfam at Crossfit 845 - Carmel. Let us flex some of our creative muscles and do some lifting……paint brush lifting ;)

Mix beautiful colors, using various tools, brushes, enjoy the process & experience of creating a memorable work of art. The educational aspect of painting is touched upon, but really the goal is to open up creatively among others to enjoy celebrating that freedom of expression together. An artistic background is not required to create your own unique work of art.
