Painting Class for Beginners

There are many approaches to painting. Sometimes the amount of information presented can be overwhelming. We enjoy leading students through a set of what has been interpreted as the fundamental “elements of art”. These elements are a great support system, which invite you to further explore ways of unique visual interpretation. These elements present the groundwork necessary to lay a foundation for beginners. Each class with bring you through a series of exercises and examples for you to explore each element of art. Students may work in the painting medium of choice (pastel, acrylic and / or oil paint), please contact me for a list of supplies.
